These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InfluxLead SMS messaging service ("Service") operated by InfluxLead ("we," "our," or "us"). By submitting a contact form, texting a contractor's business number, or calling and consenting to SMS follow-up, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

InfluxLead provides automated SMS-based lead response and qualification services on behalf of contractors and home service businesses. When you inquire about a contractor's services, our system may contact you via SMS to gather project details and assist with scheduling an estimate.

SMS Messaging Terms

By engaging with our service, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages related to your project inquiry. Specifically:

• You will receive SMS messages related to your project inquiry, qualification, and estimate scheduling.
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation, typically 3–10 messages per interaction.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• You may text HELP at any time to receive support information.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive any service or make any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from InfluxLead on behalf of a participating contractor by taking one or more of the following actions:

• Submitting a contact form or estimate request on the contractor's website
• Sending a text message to the contractor's business phone number
• Calling the contractor's business and verbally consenting to SMS follow-up

Your opt-in applies only to the specific contractor and inquiry you initiated. We will not contact you about unrelated services or contractors.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our system. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting the contractor's number again.

No Price Guarantees

Our SMS service is designed to qualify your project and schedule an estimate. Any information gathered during the conversation is for scheduling purposes only. Actual pricing, quotes, and estimates are provided solely by the contractor during an in-person or phone consultation. InfluxLead does not provide, guarantee, or imply any pricing for services.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share your phone number or personal data for marketing or advertising purposes.

Disclaimer

InfluxLead acts as a communication tool on behalf of contractors. We are not a contractor, do not perform any construction or home improvement work, and are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or completion of any services provided by the contractor. All disputes regarding services should be directed to the contractor.

Limitation of Liability

InfluxLead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our SMS service, including but not limited to missed messages, scheduling errors, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
